Lucy Mae writes:
These are my last 3 Braille pieces  They were included in my exhibition, 'Hands On' in the Benaroya Glass Gallery at Museum of Northwest Art in 2014, when John Cole’s incredible paintings were in the main Gallery, it was an absolute honor.

These are probably my most cherished stone art pieces I have made because of the process I experienced during the research of sandblasted Braille. I met with low vision artists in Seattle and worked closely to help make sure that even though the Braille is exaggerated, it's completely read-able. I want to give a special Thank You to Barbara Oswald in Seattle for everything she has done to encourage touchable art, it really opens up a whole new perspective   Please touch, please enjoy these pieces! Thank you!
